At Steve Banks Associates, we offer CDM Regulations 2015 services to Architects, building companies and clients. We offer a very professional and quick response at competitive rates, carrying out the full package of works. We have been specializing in Construction Health & Safety since 1994.
Our founder and Managing Director, Steve Banks is a Chartered Architectural Technologist, Chartered Building Engineer, and an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety.
He also posseses a Doctorate Degree in Building Construction and Management.
What are CDM regulations?
- The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations CDM 2015 are the main set of legal regulations for managing the health, safety and welfare of construction projects.
- CDM applies to all building and construction work and includes new build, demolition, refurbishment, extensions, conversions, repair and maintenance
- Steve Banks Associates cover all the required documentation, attend site visits and meetings to ensure you comply with CDM 2015.
- We act as the Principal designer to identify and obtain pre-construction information as per the CDM 2015 statutory duties.
- We carry out all aspects of commercial and residential building surveys whether you’re an individual home buyer, architect, construction firm or solicitor.
